These type of websites take the content from it's partnered website, matches some keywords with the content and publish it. Some people just make the website for selling purpose. Mostly people don't prefer this technique but at times for earning money can also change their minds and sell their website. The reason they do so is building a website is easy and does not require high cost to build. So people make their website and sell it to other people who are seeking for websites and urgently need them.
